A new design from Sony, a slot-in CD tuner, with the open/eject button spanning across most of the whole front panel, is made of aluminium, a great looking CD head unit, it also serves as an efficient dust protector-preventing the CD driver from collecting dust.Gently push the open/eject button, and the blade moves down to expose the CD slot. A slightly stronger push activates the eject function.
